Our action-packed camp gives kids the chance to play, move, and learn valuable life skills in a structured and supportive environment. Through activities like Jiu-Jitsu, No-Gi grappling, self-defense, and anti-bullying training, they’ll build confidence and gain tools to stay safe and focused in everyday life.
But it’s not just about self-defense! With strength & conditioning, yoga, and stretching, they’ll develop body awareness, discipline, and the ability to calm their minds. Plus, we mix in fun games, crafts, and creative activities to help kids relax, connect, and enjoy every moment.
